Fair FAQ

Can I book a stall?

Please contact us (via email, telephone or by popping in to one of our fairs) to arrange a booking. Please be aware that our venues have limited space and are popular so are often fully booked in advance. If you can fill a space at short notice, please let us know so we can contact you in the event of cancellations.

I don’t sell antiques or vintage items, just crafts/health care goods/new items, can I have a stall?

Sorry, we keep our fairs to antiques and vintage stalls only, although we allow people with mostly antiques/vintage goods to stock other items if they meet the quality and theme of the fair (i.e. crafts made from vintage fabrics etc.)

Do dealers get in free?

Sorry, we’re a small fair with high running costs, so we’re afraid we do not allow free entry to dealers.

I’m a dealer, what time can I come to your fair?

The fair starts at 10am and we are afraid that we do not open to the public any earlier. This is to allow ample time for stall holders to set up their stalls and remove boxes/packaging that may put visitors at risk.

How much does a stall cost at one of your fairs?

Centre stalls are £20. Wall stalls are £25. Stalls on the stage are £20 for half a stage. We provide one table and chairs for the stall holder/s. Each stall has a limited amount of space around the table and due to space restrictions, we no longer offer double stalls. Please contact us for further information about pitch size. Furniture & clothing stalls can opt for a pitch without a table, to maximise the use of the space.
